Enjoy views of Beaver Lake from every cottage and suite! Choose from our luxurious, all adult, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom Jacuzzi cottages, or 1 bedroom Jacuzzi Suites. Perfect for romantic getaways and relaxing vacations. Snuggle up to cozy fireplaces. Relax in romantic Jacuzzis for two with windows overlooking the woods from the Jacuzzi. Doze off to sleep in king size beds while gazing at the stars and tree tops through the glass roof gables. Listen to the rain patter on the metal roof. Enjoy the spacious decks with charcoal grills and complete kitchens. We also have two all glass-front Jacuzzi Suites with fabulous lake views, attached to our office, with their own private outside entrances from their own private decks with deck furniture, huge Jacuzzis for two, king bed, fireplace and comfortable sitting area. These suites do not have kitchens , but do have a small refrigerator and coffee maker and in-room juice & pastries each morning. Nightly Rates US Dollars subject to change From: $89.00 To: $239.00	Detailed Rate Information 1 Bedroom Jacuzzi Cottage: $139 - $199 per night. 2 Bedroom Jacuzzi Cottage: $179 - $239 per night. 1 Bedroom Jacuzzi Suite: $89 - $139 per night. All Adult, All Non Smoking Inside, No Pets, Open All Year. Policies - We normally have a two or three night minimum. $20 additional charge for one night MAY apply (inquire.) Rates are based on two people per one BR cottage and suite, and four people per 2 BR cottage. A 10% discount applies to stays of five nights or more, excluding holidays and festival events. Maximum 4 people in the two-bedroom cottage. Maximum 2 people in the one-bedroom cottages and suites. All prices are subject to change without notice. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Final payment upon arrival may be made by cash, personal check (if check numbers are above 1250), travelers' check or money order is preferred, but Visa, Master Card and Discover are acceptable. Balance is due upon check-in. Cancellation & Re-scheduling Policy: Your deposit will be refunded less $20 booking fee if you cancel or re-schedule at least 15 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 15 days notice, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent all your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with any remainder refunded to you. However, you may re-schedule due to impassable road conditions without loss of deposit on a space available basis with no reservations sooner than three days prior to weekdays or 1 day prior to weekends. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number to confirm your cancellation, subject to the above policy. No refunds for early departure unless we can re-rent your remaining days. All cottages are for adults only and children above 16. - No smoking inside cottages or suites.
